Download and complete the TFES - Manufacturers’ and Miners’ application to register southbound goods form.
If your goods are going from Tasmania to King Island or the Furneaux Group you should use the TFES - King Island and Furneaux Group intrastate component - Manufacturers’ and Miners’ application for approval of items form instead.
You will also need to provide a:

TFES - Manufacturer’s Certificate form completed by the manufacturer
- TFES - Supplier’s Certificate form completed by the supplier if they are different to the manufacturer.
TFES is the Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme.
