You can save your proof of COVID-19 vaccinations in the app’s offline items on your device.
To save your proof offline in the Express Plus Medicare mobile app, sign in then follow these steps.
How to save your COVID-19 digital certificate
If you’re saving your COVID-19 digital certificate:
- Select Proof of vaccinations from Services.
- Select View history.
- Select your name, then View COVID-19 digital certificate.
- Once the app loads your proof, select Save offline.
- Select Accept and then OK.
- Once it’s saved, log out of the app, then select View offline items from your sign in screen to access it.
How to save your International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
If you’re saving your International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate:
- Select Proof of vaccinations from Services.
- Select Request a certificate.
- Select your name, then Next.
- Follow the steps to verify your vaccinations and passport details.
- Once the app loads your proof, select the Share icon on the top right hand then Save for offline.
- Name the document, then select Save.
- Once it’s saved, log out of the app, then select View offline items from your sign in screen to access it.
How to save your immunisation history statements
If you’re saving your immunisation history statements:
- Select Proof of vaccinations from Services.
- Select View history.
- Select your name, then select either the complete immunisation history statement or the COVID-19 and influenza immunisation history statement to view the statement.
- Once the app loads your proof, select the Share icon on the top right hand then Save for offline.
- Name the document, then select Save.
- Once it’s saved, log out of the app, then select View offline items from your sign in screen to access it.
How to view your offline items
Once you’ve saved your proof offline, you can access it anytime from the sign in screen by selecting View offline items. From here you can also save it to your device. Select the Share icon on the top right hand and then select where you’d like to save it.
How to update your proof
If you’ve had a booster dose, your offline version of proof will automatically update the next time you successfully sign into the app.
