This information helps us decide what payments we make to you on behalf of the care recipient.
You can do this by registering an event in the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP). To do this, you’ll need an individual PRODA account. If you don’t have one, you can register for an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account.

Register a Support at home entry event
To register an entry event:
- Select Care recipient profile and search for the care recipient using the care recipient details.
- Once the search result has loaded with the care recipient profile, select the Register entry button. The Register entry screen will display the care recipients approved Support at Home Classification. If a care recipient is already entered into the service, a Register entry button won’t appear.
- In the Entry details section enter the relevant Entry date and select the relevant Entry category from the list displayed. The Entry category selected must match the approved Support at Home Classifications which can be found on the Register entry screen. Select Next.
You will then be shown a progress bar on the left-hand side of the screen. Select Next to progress to the next steps.
- Select the applicable Carer status. Select Next.
- Enter the Support at Home care recipient’s Location and Postal address details in the relevant fields. Select Next.
- Enter the Pensioner identification details where relevant, and select Yes or No. Under Liability details. Select Next.
- Select Yes or No under Sighting of approval record.
Completed steps will show a tick next to them in the progress bar. Select Submit to complete the process. When you’ve successfully filled in all the relevant information, the successful receipt screen will display.
You can view the successful entry record by selecting the Go to entry summary button on the successful receipt screen.
You can also reach the Register entry screen by:
- selecting Entry under the Circumstances tab on a care recipient profile to open the Entry summary screen and using the Register entry button there.
- selecting Entry, under the Circumstances heading, using the hamburger menu.
Retrospective changes can be made in the ACPP to Home Care entry and Short-Term Restorative Care events with an effective date prior to 1 November 2025.
