Where to start
Before you can use Business Hub you need to register as an individual in PRODA (Provider Digital Access). You only need to do this once.
PRODA verifies your online identity to securely access government online services.
If you don’t have a PRODA account, you should get one now. Find out more about PRODA.
What online service to use
Business Hub
Business Hub is our main online service for businesses and organisations. We’re transitioning services from CBOS to Business Hub. Once you have access to Business Hub services, you need to stop using CBOS.
Use Business Hub to access services, manage staff access and confirm authorised officers and access managers.

Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS)
We’re transitioning services from CBOS to Business Hub. If your business uses CBOS, you may need to move to Business Hub.
You can keep using CBOS until the service you use transitions to Business Hub. We’ll contact you when your business needs to transition.
Use Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS) to manage:
- your business if you haven’t moved to Business Hub yet
- Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES)
- the Employer Reporting Service.
Your access to CBOS will stop after you transition to Business Hub.
You don’t need a PRODA account to access CBOS but you will need to use multifactor authentication to verify it’s you.
Child Support Business Online Services
Use Child Support Business Online Services (CSBOS) to manage your organisations Child Support obligations online. Organisations include employers and financial institutions. You don’t need a PRODA account to access CSBOS but you will need to use multifactor authentication to verify it’s you.
