Order PBS and RPBS stationery

There are different ways to order Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS) stationery.

To order PBS or RPBS stationery through Health Professional Online Services (HPOS), you must also have an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account linked to HPOS.

Pharmacies and hospitals can only order stationery through HPOS.

To order stationery, log in to PRODA to access HPOS, then:

  1. Select My programs
  2. Select PBS stationery online ordering.

From here you can:

  • place a new stationery order
  • view order details
  • re-order a previous order once it is dispatched or complete.

Before you place the order, check your delivery details are correct. If they’re not, you can select a different registered practice location or enter a preferred mailing address.

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation message and order number. Use your order number to manage your PBS and RPBS stationery.

To make an order, you’ll need to link to HPOS using either your Pharmacy Approval Number or Hospital Provider Number. If you’re already linked for another service, you’ll need to link your Pharmacy Approval Number or Hospital Provider Number as an additional identifier.

You can either use your online HPOS account, or a form.

Online order

To order online, log in to HPOS using PRODA, then:

Form order

If you’re unable for some reason to access HPOS you can use a form.

To order using a form you’ll need:

We’ll return handwritten, incomplete or poor-quality forms to you. You can type your details on the order form and then either:

  • email us your form with your prescriber number in the subject line
  • post your form to the address provided on the form.

Make sure you:

  • type your details
  • include an email address on your order form
  • have registered your practice location and delivery address with us.

If you order personalised prescription stationery, make sure the details you want printed on each script are correct.

If you need to update your delivery address, you can only do this in HPOS. You can also email or call the Medicare Provider Team.
