If you have goods or services that can’t be used on Centrepay from 1 November 2026, contact your customers now and help them set up another way to pay.
We’ve already contacted businesses directly about these changes. Your next step is to help any remaining Centrepay customers move to another payment method before 1 November 2026. There will be no extensions beyond this date.
