We’re introducing Business Hub, a secure online service for businesses to send us compensation information and get information from us.
From October 2026, compensation payers, insurers, lawyers and other organisations will be able to use Business Hub to securely send information to us and receive correspondence online.
As part of this change, we’ll gradually phase out fax, email and Centrelink Business Online Services.
