Manage submitted PBS claims

We help you manage your Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) payment information once you’ve claimed online.

If your PBS claim was rejected or you get a reason code, you can update your claim. If you’ve done this and the claim still isn’t approved, you may need to call us. Find out more about how to manage PBS reason and rejection codes.

You’ll get a statement about your PBS medicine claims each week through Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) in your Statements and Subscriptions. This includes details about your payments and any associated tax or fee information.

To reconcile payments made into your bank account, you can use this statement with your software generated reports. If there’s any issues, you’ll need to contact your software provider.
