Download and complete the Claim for Mobility Allowance form.
If your Centrelink online account is linked to myGov, sign in now to claim Mobility Allowance.
If you don’t have a myGov account or a Centrelink online account, you’ll need to create them.
If you’re unable to register for myGov to complete your online claim:
- call the People with disability line
- visit a service centre
- print the form and post it to us.
