The last day for telling your education provider about study changes without penalties is called your census date. For most students, this is in March.
Changes could include:
- dropping a subject or changing your study load
- deferring your study
- changing your course or provider.
If you make changes, you must tell us within 14 days.
Depending on the change, we may need to adjust your student payment. This is so you don’t get a debt you have to pay back.
