We’re helping our Farm Household Allowance (FHA) customers by using video chat.
FHA is a program which includes an income support payment for eligible famers and their partners for up to 4 years in each specific 10-year period.
Thanks to video chat technology, farmers and their partners can get support without having to travel long distance.
FHA customers can arrange their video chat appointment when and where it suits them.
Ask your Farm Household Case Officer (FHCO) how to book a video chat appointment.
