Nominee enhanced Income Management

If you have a payment nominee on Income Management or enhanced Income Management, you may be put on enhanced Income Management. Call the SmartCard eIM hotline to talk about your situation.

What happens to your money

Your payment amount will not change but it will be paid to your payment nominee in a different way.

Between 50% to 70% of your payments and 100% of any advance and most lump sum payments will go to your enhanced Income Management account. This money can be accessed with a SmartCard.

The rest of your payment goes to your payment nominee’s normal bank account.

If you have a payment nominee, we issue your payment nominee a SmartCard.

If you want to cancel a payment nominee

If you want to cancel your payment nominee arrangement or want more information about your nominee arrangement, you should call us on your regular payment line.
