It’s important to tell us when your partner dies if they get an income support payment from us.
When you tell us about their death, we’ll work out what payment you can get and how much you can get. You may be eligible for a lump sum payment to help you during this time.
When their payment stops depends on the payment they get.
We also have support services available to help you after someone close to you dies.
