Notice of variation
We’ve varied the Electronic Verification of Rent (EVoR) policy and terms and EVoR procedural guide for businesses in line with clause 10 of the September 2015 version of the EVoR Terms.
To continue using EVoR, you must comply with the variations in the new version of the EVoR policy and terms and EVoR procedural guide for businesses from 21 October 2026.
If you don’t agree with, or can’t comply with, these variations, you can voluntarily withdraw from EVoR by emailing bac.support@servicesaustralia.gov.au.
If you don’t contact us or withdraw from EVoR by 21 October 2026, we’ll take your continued approval to use EVoR as acceptance of the variations.
