Centrepay priority reform areas

We identified 5 areas of priority for Centrepay reform. These were informed by research and a significant consultation and engagement process.

The changes we’ve made will improve the efficiency and integrity of Centrepay. To achieve this, we’ve done all the following:

  • reviewed Centrepay policy and contracts
  • reduced the number of Centrepay service reasons
  • updated the business application and onboarding process
  • strengthened compliance processes
  • improved the complaints process.
