You or your Centrelink nominee can now complete the 'Aged Care calculation of your cost of care' form online.
To apply for a calculation of your cost of care assessment:
- sign into myGov and go to Centrelink
- select Make a claim or view claim status, then Make a claim
- select Get started in the Older Australians tile
- select Apply for Aged care calculation of your cost of care.
