Adding a Healthcare Provider Directory entry

How to add a Healthcare Provider Directory (HPD) entry to the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) Service.

You can add HPD entries to the HI Service through Health Professional Online Services (HPOS).

Log in to your PRODA account to access HPOS, then:

  1. Select My programs.
  2. Select Healthcare Identifiers and My Health Record.
  3. Select Healthcare Identifiers - Manage existing Records.
  4. Select My details.
  5. Select PDS entry.
  6. Select Add new PDS entry details, enter which information you want to publish and then select Save changes.
  7. If you agree with the Privacy Note, select Submit.
