Add a target amount or end date to your Centrepay deductions

If you use Centrepay to pay for goods and services, you may need to add mandatory conditions to your deductions. Most deductions need to have these conditions by 4 May 2026.

For most Centrepay service reasons there are some key changes. You might need to add either:

  • a target amount, the total amount you want to pay
  • an end date, the date when your deduction stops.

You can add these yourself through the myGov website or app, or the Express Plus Centrelink app. You can also ask the business to add them for you.
