What to do if you lose your SmartCard

Your SmartCard is like having money in your wallet. If you lose your card, report it straight away.

Treat your SmartCard like cash. If you lose your card, you should report it straight away to help keep your money safe.

If you lose your SmartCard, call the SmartCard eIM hotline: 1800 252 604.

If you lose your Traditional Credit Union (TCU) SmartCard, call the TCU Customer Service Centre: 1800 828 232.

You can also log into your SmartCard or TCU SmartCard app or online account to turn off or block your card if it is lost or stolen.
