You don’t need to contact us to tell us if you or your partner’s tax return has been amended. The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) will send us your updated income details and we’ll use this updated information to rebalance your FTB.
This process can take up to 28 days after you get your updated notice of assessment from the ATO. If your tax returns are amended at different times, it may take longer to complete your balancing.
