You can view the progress of your FTB balancing through your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.

Your balancing will show as in progress or complete.

In some cases, your status may show as complete, but we may need to check things with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) before we let you know the outcome.

Once your balancing is complete, we’ll send you a letter. If you lodged a tax return, this may take up to 28 days after you get your tax notice of assessment.
