These documents may include:
- your and your partner’s income details, if you have one
- bank account details
- an employment separation certificate.
We can also ask for proof of your living arrangements.
You need to provide them within 14 days of our request, or we may reject your claim.
If you submit them online, you don’t need to call us to let us know.
