Support at Home program claiming tips

We understand that sometimes you can run into problems with a Support at Home claim. We have tips and resources to help with common issues.

To avoid common issues, make sure:

  • after creating and submitting your invoice, you go to the Claim current invoices screen to claim all submitted invoices
  • you submit a separate entry event for short term classifications that matches the classification, for example, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications
  • you provide a valid reason or evidence if you submit a late invoice over 60 days after the quarter ended.
