From 1 December 2025, aged care providers can claim for services delivered under Support at Home program.
Home Care Package providers must submit their October claims, approved by Services Australia, before claiming Support at Home.
Resources to lodge Support at Home claims through the Aged Care Provider Portal are available on the Health Professional Education website.
