Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) support at all Services Australia service centres and Mobile Service Centres
If you can’t connect with DVA online or by phone, we can help. You can get free support in person at any Services Australia service centre or Mobile Service Centre. You don’t need an appointment.
We can help you:
- connect to the DVA phone line
- create and navigate a MyService account
- access the DVA website
- print documents from MyService or the DVA website using a self-service terminal
- check DVA forms have the right information and verify documents
- forward documents to DVA
- connect with DVA support services such as Open Arms - Veterans and Families Counselling.
Find a location near you:
If you have a DVA Veterans’ Access Network (VAN) office nearby, you can still access all services there. You can search for a DVA office near you on the DVA website.
Veterans’ Information Service
If you and your family need extra support, you can visit one of our 22 Veterans’ Information Services (VIS) sites. At VIS sites, we can:
- answer your enquiries about DVA payments and services
- give you DVA forms, information products and publications
- advise you of your rights, obligations and complaint processes
- refer you to pension or welfare officers in Ex-Services Organisations (ESO) for help
- refer you to specialist areas of DVA or other government and non-government agencies.
Veteran and family wellbeing support
You can use the Veteran and Family Wellbeing Agency website to find support and services for yourself or your family. The website can help you:
- find wellbeing information
- search the national service directory
- connect with local and national services
- learn about support for employment, housing, health, education, social connection and family wellbeing.

Australian Defence Force (ADF) Transition Guide
If you’re an ADF member transitioning from service to civilian life, you can use the free ADF Transition Guide mobile app. It can also help your family, friends and support people understand and support your transition.
The app brings together resources, information and support services in the one place to help you.
