Who we'll share your information with
As part of our work we sometimes need to share your information. We only share your information with other parties where you have agreed, or where the law allows or requires it.
Sometimes we need to arrange travel for customers and associated travellers. This may include family members, education representatives, community members and supervisors.
What information we’ll share
If we need to book travel for you, we’ll share some information with our authorised travel management company.
We may need to share any of these personal details:
- date of birth
- Customer Reference Number (CRN)
- address or home community
- phone number
- email address.
Education provider details
We may need to share details of your education or boarding provider. This may be any of the following:
- provider name
- phone number.
We may share the names and phone numbers of 2 of your emergency contacts. These may be your education provider, supervisor, parent or guardian. We may also need to share any of these details about your travel plans:
- travel reason
- traveller type
- associated travellers
- travel dates
- to and from locations.
The travel management company may then share this information with a travel, accommodation or transfer company to book your travel. They may store your information in their systems as part of the booking process.
