Reporting your refundable accommodation deposit balance

You need to report your refundable accommodation deposit balances in your monthly online claim.

You must complete your refundable accommodation deposit balances reporting before you finalise your claim. Make sure you only report balances for the current claim month and not for a previous month.

All balances need to be reported accurately, including $0 balances. An exception to this applies if your care recipient has not paid a deposit, do not code $0. An accommodation balance update is not required.
