From 1 October 2026, personal care services will appear under Clinical Supports in the Aged Care Provider Portal. This change will appear on invoices, claim details and payment statements.
This update reflects changes to personal care contributions from 1 October 2026.
You don’t need to change how you submit claims. Current claiming arrangements will continue. For late claims or amendments to personal care services delivered prior to 1 October 2026, we’ll apply the correct category based on the date the service was delivered.
