What you can order

From 1 October 2022, you’ll no longer be able to order stationery through The Camerons Group portal. We’re developing an interim solution for hospitals without a pharmacy and will let you know when this is in place.

If you require emergency stationery before the interim solution is in place, you can email PBS.STATIONERY.TRANSITION@servicesaustralia.gov.au.

The following stationery is available for PBS public hospitals without a pharmacy.

Hospital prescription form - computer generated A blue, A4 portrait prescription. Hospital details are printed on the front of this prescription form.
Hospital prescription form pad - personalised An A4, portrait pad for up to 10 standard or authority required items per prescription. Hospital details are pre-printed on this form.
