Stationery for locums

If you work at multiple locations, you might be eligible for PBS and RPBS stationery in a locum format.

Place your PBS stationery order now to get it before Christmas

PBS stationery orders won’t be processed between 23 December 2022 and 2 January 2023. To ensure you have enough supplies, place your orders by 30 November 2022. Although we’ll process orders after this date, your stationery may not arrive until January. Usual processing resumes January 2023.

Stationery in a locum format includes your personal details only. You complete the practice location at the time of writing the prescription. It’s the prescriber’s responsibility to ensure that all prescribing requirements (including any State and Territory requirements) are met when writing a prescription.

You can order locum prescription stationery through HPOS. It’s easy and you’ll get it quicker than using a form.

If you can’t go online, you can use an order form.

If you practice in a public hospital you’ll need to contact the administration team to arrange your stationery.
