Practice Incentives Program
The Practice Incentives Program (PIP) encourages general practices to continue providing quality care, enhance capacity, and improve access and health outcomes for patients.
We want to hear from you. Take our short Incentive News Update survey and tell us what you want to read about in our quarterly Incentive News Update (INU).
We administer PIP on behalf of the Department of Health. PIP has 8 individual incentives under 3 payment streams.
The guidelines for each individual incentive have specific eligibility requirements.
Online training is available to help you manage your participation in the PIP.
To participate in the Practice Incentives Program (PIP) you must meet ongoing eligibility requirements.
We administer the incentives on behalf of the Department of Health.
Most payments through the Practice Incentives Program (PIP) are made to practices. They focus on aspects of general practice that contribute to quality care.
