How to apply for IT support organisations
Contracted service providers and other support organisations need to apply to access the HI Service and My Health Record using a form.
You can access My Health Record as either:
- a contracted service provider
- a general supporting organisation.
Contracted service providers
IT organisations that manage or communicate health information on behalf of healthcare providers can apply for registration as a contracted service provider.
Use the Application to register a Contracted Service Provider organisation record form to:
- apply for your registration number
- request a NASH PKI certificate.

General supporting organisations
Organisations that provide infrastructure and information for the My Health Record system can apply for registration as a general supporting organisation.
Use the Application to register a General Supporting Organisation form to:
- apply for your registration number
- request a NASH PKI certificate.
