Aged Care Provider Portal

The Aged Care Provider Portal is a secure place to access online services.

Access to Aged Care Online Claiming and Aged Care Online Service have now closed. It may take up to 10 business days to process your application to access the Aged Care Provider Portal.

COVID-19 emergency leave is available to aged care residents from 1 April to 30 June 2021. Continue to code claimable social leave (non-hospital) during this time. We’ll calculate this as emergency leave so it won’t affect your residents’ social leave balances.

Aged care providers can use the portal to make claims for aged care subsidies and supplements for:

  • home care
  • residential care
  • transition care
  • short-term restorative care.

The portal has improved features, such as quick links and a user friendly navigation menu. In the portal you can:

  • easily manage which users can claim on your behalf using provider self-service tools
  • quickly filter details in claim and event screens
  • securely search for care recipients and events.
