
Over the last 2 years, we listened to customers, advocates and our other partners about how to make Centrepay work better.
Based on this, we’re making big changes.
From 3 November Centrepay improvements will:
- strengthen customer protections
- reduce the number of goods and services for Centrepay
- add target amounts or end dates to many goods and services
- improve the complaints and feedback process
- enhance our business compliance processes.
We’ll also make sure only the right types of business can offer Centrepay.
