If you need a payment and aren't already getting one from us, we may be able to help. Use our guide to check what you can get.

If you already get a payment from us, you may be able to get the Coronavirus Supplement. If you’re able to get this, we’ll pay you automatically. You don’t have to do anything. Read more about how Coronavirus Supplement and eligibility for some income support payments are changing.

If you get JobKeeper payment and a payment from us, you’ll need to report your income. Read more about upcoming changes to JobKeeper Payment.

If you live in Victoria, you can do most of your Centrelink and Medicare business online. There are also new rules that apply to visiting a service centre. Read more about how to access and claim payments and services in Victoria. You may also be able to get the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment. This is if you don’t have any income because you must self-isolate or quarantine.
