Payments and services during coronavirus
If you’re a new or current customer affected by COVID-19 we have payments that can help you. We also have support if you can’t come into a service centre.
Keep in mind, we can support you if you’re affected by family and domestic violence. We can help with information, resources and referrals.
Check local COVID-19 restrictions about wearing a face mask before you enter our service centres.
You may be eligible for the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment if you live in any of these:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- South Australia
- Western Australia.
Stay up to date with government information about COVID-19 on the Australia.gov.au website.
You may get a payment from us if you or your family are affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
