Payments and services during coronavirus
If you’re a new or current customer affected by COVID-19 we have payments that can help you. We also have support if you can’t come into a service centre.
If you need a payment and aren't already getting one from us, we may be able to help. Use our guide to check what you can get. You can also read more about changes to payment rules.
If you get a payment from us, you must report any paid employment income. You’ll need to tell us about any final amounts of JobKeeper Payment that were included in your pay after 28 March.
Keep in mind, we can support you if you’re affected by family and domestic violence. We can help with information, resources and referrals.
Check local COVID-19 restrictions about wearing a face mask before you enter our service centres.
You may be eligible for the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment if you live in any of these:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Victoria
- Western Australia.
