Payments and services during coronavirus
If you’re a new or current customer affected by COVID-19 we have payments that can help you. We also have support if you can’t come into a service centre.
If you’ve been affected by the Victorian lockdown and have lost income, you may be eligible for the COVID-19 Disaster payment.

Check local COVID-19 restrictions about wearing a face mask before you enter our service centres.
If you’re in Victoria, you need to wear a mask to any of our service centres.
You’ll also need to check in using the Service Victoria app. Find out more about the app on the Service Victoria website. If you don’t have a smart device, our staff will check you in.
You may be eligible for the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment if you live in any of these:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- South Australia
- Western Australia.
