If you got Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in 2023-24 or 2024-25, confirm your family income now

Published: 4 November 2025

You need to confirm your family income so we can balance your CCS and keep paying your subsidy.

If you haven’t confirmed your 2023-24 income yet, your CCS may have already stopped.

You and your partner, if you have one, can confirm your income by lodging a tax return with the Australian Taxation Office. If you don’t need to lodge, tell us using either your:

  • Centrelink online account through myGov
  • Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.

If you separated, you will need to contact us to discuss confirming your ex-partner’s income. You don’t need to contact them for these details.
