We’ve changed the types of goods and services people can pay for using Centrepay.
If someone’s Centrepay payment will stop from 1 November 2026, ask them to contact the business to arrange another way to pay. The business may also contact them about the change.
You can also refer people to our website for information about no interest loans, financial help and other ways to manage their money.
