If you earned $70,000 or less in the 2024-25 financial year, you may be eligible for free help from an ATO trained volunteer to prepare and lodge your tax return.

If you get a Centrelink payment, you may need to lodge a tax return, or tell us that you don’t need to lodge one.

The Tax Help program can help you lodge your return, create a myGov account, or tell the ATO if you don’t need to lodge.
