After we balance your FTB for the financial year, your outcome will be one of the following:
- underpaid, meaning we didn’t pay you enough FTB, so you’ll get a top up
- overpaid, meaning we paid you too much FTB, so you’ll need to pay back the extra amount
- no change, meaning you got the right amount
