From 9 October 2026, you’ll need to use the myGov app to keep accessing your Child Support services through an app.
Following the redesign of the Child Support online account, the Express Plus Child Support mobile app will retire on 9 October 2026.
To keep accessing your child support services through an app, you’ll need to use the myGov app.
You don’t need to wait until October to make the switch. Download and start using the myGov app today.
