If you’re a residential care service provider, you’ll be able to confirm occupancy validation checks from 1 December 2025 for the November 2025 claim period.
You can do this through the Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP). Your claim will be validated in the ACPP against total occupancy and total bed count for the claim month.
There are no occupancy checks or periods before the November 2025 claim period.
