We’ll begin balancing your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) from mid August once you’ve confirmed your income and we get all the details we need from your child care service.
You can track the progress of your CCS balancing in your Express Plus Centrelink mobile app or the myGov app.
The status will show that we are waiting on information, we haven’t finished balancing your payments or balancing is completed. Once your balancing is completed, we’ll send you a letter letting you know the outcome.
You can check the status of your CCS balancing online at any time.
