Absence days are for days your child was meant to attend child care.
When your child is going to be absent from child care, let your service know so they record it. This is so we can pay your CCS correctly.
If you reach your absence limit, talk to your child care service about getting additional absences. You may need to give them supporting documents.
You can keep track of your absences in your Centrelink online account through myGov or Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
