From 1 November 2025, the new Support at Home program replaced the Home Care Packages program. Your last Home Care claim was for October 2025.
You can make adjustments to Home Care claims for two years after the last payment period ends.
You don’t have to finalise all adjustments before starting new claims under Support at Home.
To make an adjustment to a claim, use the Home Care Account Adjustment template found in the transition to Support at Home eKit.
