Monthly reviews to check and update fees for care recipients will no longer occur.
Under the new Act, we’ll update fees as circumstances change.
There are also new rules about when increases and decreases to residential care fees need to apply from.
If your care recipient is eligible for an adjustment, we’ll send the adjustment to you as part of the normal claim process. It’s your responsibility to pass any refund onto your care recipient.
