Cancelling an Approved Collection Centre

Approved Pathology Authorities must submit applications for cancellation of Approved Collection Centres (ACCs) when they’re no longer operating.

Approved Collection Centre cancellations take effect from the cancellation approval date or a future date.

Submitting applications early means we can give you the maximum refund for the approval period that has been cancelled.

Cancellations can’t be backdated and processing times will vary.
