Statement of automated administration arrangements
This statement is for the purpose of subsection 333-18(6) of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007, as in force from 1 April 2026.
Monique Warren, A/g National Manager, Partnered Programs and Design Branch, Services Australia, as delegate of the Chief Executive Medicare, has made an arrangement under subsection 333-17(1) of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 in relation to subsections 23-16(1), 23-30(3) and 279-11(1) of that Act.
