Auslan On-Demand for customers who are deaf and hard of hearing

We’re now offering Auslan On-Demand at most service centres so customers who are deaf and hard of hearing can access our services more easily.

Auslan On-Demand aims to improve accessibility for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing. This service connects customers to an Auslan interpreter within 30 minutes through video chat. It’s available at most service centres.
