The Aged Care Provider Portal will be unavailable for a short period while we make updates to support the new Aged Care Act.
You won’t be able to use the Aged Care Provider Portal from 6 pm AEDT on 31 October 2025. The update is expected to be completed by 12 pm AEDT 1 November 2025.
Following the update, the portal will be available in view-only mode until at least 12 pm 5 November 2025.
You won’t be able to submit or finalise any claims or events during this time.
